Arsenal defensive midfielder Mohamed Elneny has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s defeat to Crystal Palace in the London derby at the weekend.

The Gunners suffered a 3-2 loss at the hands of Palace at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League this past Sunday.

 

The loss means that Unai Emery’s side are now fifth in the league table with 66 points from 34 matches, a point behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

Elneny has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat for Arsenal, and has urged the fans to stay with the team and to move forward together.

Elneny has been on the books of Arsenal since January 2016 when he joined from FC Basel for a transfer fee reported by The Independent to be worth £7 million.

The Egypt international has made four starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Gunners so far this season, according to WhoScored.
