Kyle Walker of Manchester City looks on during the Premier League match between Crystal Palace and Manchester City at Selhurst Park on April 14, 2019 in London, United Kingdom.

Tottenham Hotspur knocked Manchester City out of the Champions League and Kyle Walker won't be feeling so good right now.

Walker left City in 2017 to join City, going on to win the league title.

The Champions League eluded him last season, and continues to do so.

When City were drawn against Tottenham, Walker posted a message on Twitter commenting, 'this will be fun'.

Accompanied by a picture of Walker laughing to himself, this came against a backdrop of three consecutive wins for City against Spurs since he made the switch.

Now Tottenham have hit back with two victories of their own, at a crucial time.

Walker's message has resulted in him being mocked, with Spurs fans only too glad to point out City's demise...
