Tottenham Hotspur fans react to Hakim Ziyech's display for Ajax

Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur side have been linked with Hakim Ziyech in the past.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are urging a move for Hakim Ziyech, after his display for Ajax last night.

Tottenham have had a history of dealing with Ajax, after signing the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Davinson Sanchez and Christian Eriksen from the Dutch side.

And Spurs fans are hoping that they are able to snatch some more of Ajax’s top talents.

The Amersterdam side currently have a wonderful crop of talent breaking through, and they progressed to the Champions League semi-finals last night.

It seems likely that their squad will be broken up in the summer, and Tottenham fans are hoping that Mauricio Pochettino is at the front of the queue for Ziyech.

 

The Guardian have suggested that Spurs want Ziyech, after keeping an eye on him for a long time.

The Moroccan now has scored 15 goals and claimed 15 assists in 25 Eredivisie games this season.

If Spurs are to sign Ziyech they will have to pay a sizeable fee, as the Express claim that Ajax want £40 million for him.
