Tottenham Hotspur's date with destiny is upon them as they prepare to face Manchester City in their Champions League quarter-final second leg on Wednesday night.
Spurs are 1-0 up in the tie thanks to Son Heung-min's goal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last Tuesday after great work keeping the ball in play at the byline.
However, Tottenham suffered a setback in the shape of Harry Kane having to come off following a Fabian Delph challenge, while Harry Winks and Dele Alli also picked up injuries.
On Tuesday afternoon, the official Spurs Twitter feed posted a photo of Sissoko and Wanyama on the team's plane, with the message "Let's Go".
Some Tottenham fans commented on the picture either to call on the duo to start against Man City - indeed, with Harry Winks confirmed out injured, it could well be the case - or simply to praise the players:

In other team updates, Alli and Erik Lamela could be available for the game, while Serge Aurier and Eric Dier are undergoing rehabilitation from a hamstring and hip flexor injury respectively, according to the Spurs website.
