Ipswich fans react to Leeds United gesture

Leeds have been given extra tickets.

Ipswich Town and Leeds United will play each other on the last day of the season and it could be their final fixture for a while.

Ipswich have already been relegated to League One and Leeds are hoping to put further distance between them as they seek to clinch promotion.

Leeds currently are in second, three points ahead of Sheffield United in third.

 

With Leeds supporters expected to travel in droves to see their team, potentially clinch promotion, there could be a party atmosphere at Portman Road at the away end.

Already relegated, Ipswich have decided to release 2,000 extra tickets to away supporters.

While this still probably is not enough to meet the demands of Leeds fans, it's a welcome gesture all the same.
