Everton fans on Twitter are calling on Oumar Niasse to dent Liverpool's Premier League title hopes this weekend.

The Everton loanee is set to come up against the Reds when Jurgen Klopp's side visit Cardiff City on Sunday.

As things stand, Liverpool are top of the Premier League with four matches left, but second-placed Manchester City, two points behind the Anfield side, have a game in hand.

Cardiff beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 on Tuesday to breathe new life into their survival chances, with Neil Warnock's two points adrift of safety at the moment.


Sunday won't be an easy game for Liverpool and Everton fans want their striker Niasse - a £13.5 million signing in 2016 [The Independent] - to derail their title bid.

Everton fans are being rather tongue-in-cheek here, but Niasse is due a goal to be honest.
