Matt Le Tissier compares Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl and Wolves’ Nuno’s records

Ralph Hasenhuttl’s Southampton won against Nuno’s Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend.

Southampton have been doing well under Ralph Hasenhuttl, and the Saints maintained their form at the weekend as they got the better of Wolverhampton Wanderers at home.

Nathan Redmond scored twice and Shane Long added a third, as Southampton won 3-1 against Wolves at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The result means that the Saints are now eight points above the relegation zone, and they do appear to have secured their top-flight status for the 2019-20 campaign.

 

As for Wolves, the Wanderers are now eighth in the Premier League table with 47 points from 33 matches.

Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier has given his take on the result on Twitter, and he has compared Saints manager’s Hasenhuttl record and Wolves boss Nuno’s.

Southampton will return to action on Saturday evening when they take on Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League.

As for Wolves, the Wanderers will face Brighton and Hove Albion at the Molineux Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
