Leeds United technical director Victor Orta took huge amounts of stick in his first season at the club.

Signings like Caleb Ekuban, Laurens de Bock and Jay-Roy Grot flopped and Orta's reputation was on the line.

This season the club's strong form has seen pressure on Orta ease, after signings like Patrick Bamford and Barry Douglas restored faith in his ability to spot a good player.

The criticism Orta received has only made him more passionate for Leeds to do well, as seen by his actions just before full-time against Sheffield Wednesday.

With the clock ticking down in injury time with Leeds 1-0 up at Elland Road, Orta was captured by the Sky Sports cameras and he could barely bring himself to look.

Leeds fans have embraced Orta's passion, which has been on display previously at Elland Road and in away games this season.

Here is a look at how Leeds supporters reacted to seeing him embrace his fandom...
