Leeds United took a big step toward the Premier League on Saturday.
Kemar Roofe has paid tribute to Leeds United fans following Saturday's 1-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday.
The Elland Road faithful acted as their team's 12th man as Leeds took a big step toward Premier League promotion with a narrow but deserved win over Steve Bruce's side.
Jack Harrison was the match-winner for United, who had Roofe back among the substitutes again after previously missing the last two months with a knee injury.
And the £3 million signing from 2016 [Yorkshire Post] has joked on Instagram that he needed oxygen as he continues to build up match fitness.

This was Roofe's third cameo appearance since returning from injury earlier this month, and if he can find his goalscoring form over the next four games then it's a huge boost for the Whites, who have a three-point cushion to third-placed Sheffield United.
He has netted 14 Championship goals for Marcelo Bielsa's side this season, and a couple more might well be enough to see the West Yorkshire side announce their top-flight return.
