Liverpool are reportedly keen on signing the Lyon forward.

According to a report from French media outlet L’Equipe, Liverpool will consider making a move for Lyon ace Memphis Depay this summer, if they lose Sadio Mane to Real Madrid.
The 25-year-old joined the Ligue 1 side from Manchester United in January 2017, for a fee believed to be worth £15 million, and he has been a real hit at the Groupama Stadium, chalking up 35 goals and 39 assists in 108 appearances in all competitions.
Depay endured a torrid time in the Premier League with Manchester United, but he has certainly rebuilt his reputation since moving to France.
And he could turn out to be an excellent addition for Liverpool.

French publication L’Equipe claims that Depay wants to leave Lyon in the summer, and Liverpool have been alerted to his potential availability, but they will only make a move to sign the Dutchman if Sadio Mane leaves Anfield for Real Madrid.
Despite Depay’s recent resurgence, however, there surely would not be too many Liverpool fans who would be happy with that transfer business.
