Trent Alexander-Arnold is a big doubt for Liverpool’s clash with Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday, according to the club’s official website, and some Reds fans took to Twitter to voice their concerns in light of the news.
The 20-year-old has been in superb form for Liverpool this season, and he is now undoubtedly one of the first names on Jürgen Klopp’s team-sheet.
Liverpool currently sit top of the Premier League table, two points clear of second placed Manchester City, although they have played a game more than Pep Guardiola’s side.
Sunday’s home game against Tottenham will be absolutely vital for Klopp’s men, and a win would give them a huge boost heading into the final six Premier League games.
Klopp might have somewhat of a selection headache in the right-back position, however.
