Loris Karius might have played his last Premier League game for Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool with Eintracht Frankfurt and Fortuna Dusseldorf allegedly keen.

Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius could return to his native Germany this summer with Eintracht Frankfurt and Fortuna Dusseldorf keen to bring him back to the Bundesliga, according to Turkiye Gazetesi.
Karius made his name on German shores with Mainz, featuring regularly in the nation’s top flight before earning a £4.7 million move to Anfield in the summer of 2016 (BBC).
But the glovesman’s reputation has taken a battering since then with his horror-show performance in the Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid last May, when he gifted goals to Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale in a 3-1 defeat, sticking long in the memory.
Karius joined Besiktas on a two year loan deal in the summer but his time in Turkey has been a disaster. After yet another mistake, Besiktas boss Senol Gunes slammed the 25-year-old’s performances, admitting that he hadn’t lived up to expectations (Sky).

As a result, Karius is expected to leave Istanbul in the next few months and it is claimed that a return to Germany is on the cards.
Should Karius move to Dusseldorf, who have been a breath of fresh air since being promoted back to the top flight in 2018, he would be confident of taking the number one spot off 34-year-old Michael Rensing.
A first-team place at Frankfurt would be more difficult to claim with the German international Kevin Trapp currently starting between the sticks.
