Everton recorded an important three points against Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tim Cahill believes Richarlison is an ‘out-and-out striker’, but urged Marco Silva to ‘continually’ play the Everton man in the same position.
The 21-year-old was utilised out on the flanks by Silva during his side’s 2-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday, with the versatile attacker opening the scoring in the second-half.
Throughout this campaign, Silva has used his big-money summer signing in various roles from playing him up front on his own to playing him out wide, in what is seemingly his more natural position.
Speaking to Sky Sports Premier League after the Toffees beat Chelsea, former Goodison Park favourite Cahill spoke about Richarlison and what his best position in the team is.
“Richarlison whenever I watch Everton play is playing left then he’s a striker then he’s on the right,” Cahill told Sky Sports PL. “He was on the wing [against Chelsea]. You have seen the start of that second half, he was going searching for the ball. He was in the middle, on the left and in the end a striker that wants goals will find them.
“That header he got off the rebound is instinct. He got in the right position because he had to go sniff for the ball. I think he is a striker. An out-and-out striker. He needs that continuity of playing in the same position, week in, week out.”

Richarlison first moved to the Premier League during the summer of 2017 when the then-Watford manager, Silva brought him to Vicarage Road.
Despite being sacked before the close of the year, during Silva’s time at the club, Richarlison was played on the left-hand side, but he struggled to find any consistency in his game after a bright start.
In the summer, when Silva was appointed Everton manager, he snapped up the Hornets man and he has showcased more threat in the attacking third on a regular basis.
Over the course of the season, he has played 29 Premier League matches for the Merseyside club, scoring 12 goals and supplying his teammates with two assists [transfermarkt].
