Valencia, who can operate as a right-back or as a right-winger, is out of contract at United at the end of the season.
The former Wigan star’s father and agent, Luis Valencia, has stated that the 33-year-old will not be at Old Trafford next season, and has claimed that West Ham and Arsenal are among the clubs who want to secure his services in the summer transfer window.
“He wants a change in the air and the club is not going to renew him either. Like everything in life, everything comes to an end.
"Arsenal, West Ham, Inter Milan and one club from China are options, but in football everything is changing.
“He wants to choose the best option, but above all he wants to sign a contract for two years.”
Interestingly, West Ham had already been linked with Valencia. According to a report in The Sun in February, West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini will make a move for the Ecuador international in the summer transfer window if Pablo Zabaleta decides to leave.
West Ham are ninth in the Premier League table at the moment with 42 points from 31 matches.
