Stan Collymore has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Sheffield United’s win against Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.

United have got the better of Leeds 1-0 away from home at Elland Road in the Championship.

Chris Basham’s side in the 71st minute proved to be the difference between the Whites and the Blades in the Yorkshire derby.

Former Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest striker Collymore has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the win for Chris Wilder’s side, and so has ex-United defender Danny Higginbotham, who now works as pundit for Sky Sports.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, hosts Leeds had 70% of the possession, took 17 shots of which none was on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors United had 30% of the possession, took 10 shots of which one was on target, and earned six corners, according to BBC Sport.

Leeds ended the game with 10 men due to the sending-off of Kiko Casilla in the first minute of injury time.
