Former Newcastle centre-back Quinn was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon, visitors Newcastle had 51% of the possession, took 12 shots of which four were on target, and earned six orders, according to BBC Sport.

The draw means that Newcastle are 13th in the Premier League table at the moment with 34 points from 31 matches, six points above the relegation zone.

Rafael Benitez’s side will return to action after the two-week international break when they take on Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League.
