Ian Taylor reacts to Aston Villa win against Middlesbrough

Ian Taylor has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Aston Villa’s 3-0 win against Middlesbrough on Saturday afternoon.

Villa have got the better of Middlesbrough 3-0 at Villa Park in the Championship.

Anwar El Ghazi put Dean Smith’s side in the lead in the 28th minute, and John McGinn doubled the advantage on the stroke of half time.

 

Albert Adomah wrapped up the scoring for the Villans in the 88th minute, and Villa legend Taylor has taken to Twitter to revel in the win.

The former Villa midfielder has also picked four players for praise for their performance against Boro - Glenn Whelan, Tyrone Mings, Jack Grealish and John McGinn.

The win against Middlesbrough means that Villa are sixth in the Championship table at the moment with 57 points from 38 matches.

The Villans are certainly back in contention for a place in the playoffs, and the Villa Park faithful all be confident of the team maintaining their current form for the rest of the season.
