Sheffield Wednesday's latest transfer target seems to be rated very highly by fans of his current club, Kilmarnock.
Findlay, the former Celtic and Newcastle United centre-back, has helped Steve Clarke's side to fourth in the Scottish Premiership standings this season.
And some of a Kilmarnock persuasion believe his performances would warrant a Scotland call-up.
This is what they're saying on Twitter...

******* awesome, becoming a legend already and callup must be imminent. Pure class #KTID
And it perhaps goes without saying they would not be happy if Friday's report come true...

Hearing Sheffield put a £1M bid in for Stuart Findlay’s shirt. Cannae of been a bid for the player— Daniel (@Dj_mcneil99) 15 March 2019
They can **** right off.
Sheffield Wednesday's financial situation could offer hope to Kilmarnock of keeping Findlay, although it is possible the Owls are not alone in their interest.
However, the Yorkshire side may fancy their chances should the 23-year-old indeed become available, with their manager's son, Alex Bruce, currently a teammate of his at Rugby Park.
Wednesday stand to lose key defender Michael Hector at the end of his loan spell this summer, with Daniel Pudil out of contract in Findlay's position.
