Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder’s comments about Billy Sharp.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side will take on United at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
It promises to be a hugely exciting game and could be decisive in the race for automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.
Leeds are second in the Championship table at the moment with 73 points from 37 matches, just two points behind leaders Norwich City.
As for United, the Blades are currently third in the standings with 71 points from 37 games, and they are very much in the running for automatic promotion.
Ahead of the match, United manager Wilder said that Sharp will start for the Blades against Leeds.
Leeds Live quotes Wilder as saying: “Marcelo (Bielsa) has named his team. Billy (Sharp) will start and be our captain.”
Sharp is in great for for United at the moment, and the former Leeds striker will be determined to show the Whites what he is capable of.
The 33-year-old former Southampton striker has made 28 starts and five substitute appearances in the Championship for the Blades so far this season, scoring 22 goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

to keep him "sharp" *cough*— The Adelites (@realrogues) March 14, 2019
Kept him quiet at Bramall Lane. Our defenders just need to concentrate for 90 minutes.— Stuart Grant (@McClumsy84) March 14, 2019

Except keeping a player on the bench means his match fitness suffers. He's 33 as well. Pontus will do a job on him.— LEEDSLEEDSLEEDS (@lufcTom1919) March 14, 2019
From Bielsa's perspective, he'd consider that bad. Firm believer that - like in any activity - players need max minutes to retain peak performance. He is already very experienced though, so I can't see it really making much difference regardless.— El Grimmo (@VileAnimal1919) March 14, 2019
Wouldn’t surprise me if he did score but I’ll 4-1 Leeds win now .— Craig_2 (@2thornton1) March 14, 2019
