An insane rumour for CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 suggests Lady Gaga will make an appearance.

After CD Projekt Red confirmed they will be at E3 2019 with Cyberpunk 2077, there has been a ton of rumours and news surrounding the highly-anticipated project. The developer’s recent Creating Cyberpunk video showed off the title’s incredible customisation, and a creative agency involved with the project has apparently leaked that it has a 2019 release date. Now there’s a rumour that A Star Is Born’s Lady Gaga will make an appearance in the action RPG.

Per sources close to French gaming website Actugaming.net, Gaga was apparently seen at the polish studio:

“We have just learned, from sources close to the studio, that a collaboration between Lady Gaga and CD Projekt Red is on the horizon for Cyberpunk 2077”, says the website (via Wccftech). “The artist was seen at the polish studio and several details follow. Of course, it will be necessary to wait before having the official announcement, but the information comes to us from sources who preferred to remain anonymous”.

Actugaming further mentions that the singer and actress potentially visited CD Projekt Red for a motion-capture session. While all of this sounds bonkers and untrue, it’s worth noting that the official Cyberpunk 2077 twitter account responded to a cryptic tweet from Gaga back in 2018.

There’s no knowing when Cyberpunk 2077 will be available to play, but it’ll undoubtedly launch when it’s ready.
