Atlus' newest trailer for "Persona Q2" reintroduces familiar faces

Persona Q2 Story Trailer

Atlus' newest trailer for Persona Q2 shows the Phantom Thieves' latest dive into Mementos where they come across some familar faces from past games.

While we wait in anticipation for Sega Fes 2019 where Atlus’ and Persona 5’s future will be uncovered, a new trailer for the upcoming Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth has been unveiled. Although it’s admittedly disappointing due to not featuring any of the English voice talent, the trailer is undeniably stylish, and it’s always fun to see the protagonists from past Persona games.

As a sequel to Persona Q: Shadow Of The Labyrinth, Atlus’ newest title on the Nintendo 3DS is a dungeon-crawler featuring SEES from Persona 3 ( as well as the female MC from Persona 3 Portable), the Investigation Team from Persona 4, and – of course – the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5.

In an obvious billet-doux to cinema, Persona Q2’s whacky narrative finds the Phantom Thieves trapped within a series of “labyrinthine movies” themed after various genres.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth launches June 4 for the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe. There’s an adorable collector’s edition you can pre-order by clicking here.

In other Atlus news, a recent datamine has hinted at a female variant for Joker in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and the studio’s USA and Japanese branches have released new surveys asking for your input about the future of Persona.
