Norwich City fans on Twitter have praised Leeds United for once again putting the pressure on in the race to earn promotion after their 3-0 win against Reading on Tuesday night.

Marcelo Bielsa's side moved to the top of the Championship table after an impressive performance against the Royals, but they can be leapfrogged by the Canaries if they beat Hull on Wednesday evening.

It is looking highly likely that two of the Championship's current top three will finish in the automatic places, with Leeds top on 73 points, Norwich one point behind in second and third-placed Sheffield United on 71 points after their home win against Brentford.

One Norwich fan stated that Leeds have been 'fairly impressive again', while another urged his team to get the job done against the Tigers.

Another Norwich fan expressed how he felt by aptly stating that there is 'so much anxiety' as the pressure builds to earn promotion to the promised land.

Others pointed towards Leeds' home clash against Sheffield United at the weekend which is going to have massive bearings on who finishes in the top two.

Here is a selection of Norwich fans on Twitter reacting to Leeds beating Reading:

During their last league match, Daniel Farke's men recorded a narrow win against Swansea City, who were the better team on the night and produced the best chances.

Nonetheless, defeat against Hull City on Wednesday will just result in the race for automatic's going deeper and deeper into the season and potentially into the last day.
