Leeds United youngsters impressed again in under-23 victory.

Leeds United’s under-23 side won again last night, beating Charlton Athletic 4-0.

The victory keeps Leeds eight points clear at the top of the table.

Jordan Stevens, Kun Temenuzhkov, Pascal Struijk and Mateusz Bogusz scored the goals for the Whites.

This was Bogusz’ first goal for Leeds’ under-23s since signing from Ruch Chorzow in January. He had hit the post in the previous match with Watford.

Leeds players thanked the fans for their support during the victory and expressed their satisfaction at another strong result.

Striker Ryan Edmondson, defender Hugo Diaz and winger Bogusz were among those to send messages.

Many of the talented Leeds youngsters have begun making appearances in the first team, which is no mean feat considering the Whites’ strong league position.

It’s very possible Leeds end up in first place in both the Championship and the under-23 division.
