Rangers will be hoping to keep hold of Alfredo Morelos as the interest in the highly-rated striker hots up.

Sky Sports pundit James McFadden has claimed that Rangers won’t get £20 million for their in-demand striker Alfredo Morelos.
Last week, the 22-year-old told W Radio that his second season at Ibrox could be his last, which didn’t exactly dampen the fires about him potentially leaving in the summer.
Added with that, Sky Sports recently reported that German giants Borussia Dortmund and Premier League side Leicester City are interested in his services for the summer.
Speaking to SPFL Matters on Sky Sports Football (08/10/2019 at 6:10 pm), McFadden shared his thoughts on the latest Morelos interest as he played down the youngster’s price tag.
“It’s always difficult to put a value on someone,” McFadden told SPFL Matters. “You are worth what someone is willing to pay for you. If it’s true that Dortmund and Leicester are interested then you will be expecting big money.
“I think Stewart Robson come out and says ‘he’s worth 20 million’. I don’t think you will get £20 million for him. But I certainly believe it will be upwards of the £10 million and above.”

There is no doubt Morelos has been a key figure for Steven Gerrard during this campaign as he could be the one to fire his team to some silverware this term.
In the Scottish Premiership, they are eight points behind Celtic in the table as the chance of catching their rivals seems to be an almost impossible task, but they still have a chance to win the Scottish Cup.
They play Aberdeen in a quarter-final replay, with the winner set to play Neil Lennon’s men as Morelos will be looking to prove his worth to all.
Over the course of the season, the Columbia international has played 42 games in all competitions, scoring 28 goals and supplying his teammates with 11 assists [transfermarkt].
