Southampton fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jack Stephens against Arsenal.
Stephens featured for Southampton in their Premier League match against Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday afternoon.
The 25-year-old defender started the game and played for the first half, as the Saints lost 2-0.
The former England Under-21 international had a torrid first 45 minutes and also gifted the Gunners their second half.
Against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon, the defender had a pass accuracy of 50%, and made four clearances, according to WhoScored.
So far this season, the Englishman has made 14 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Southampton, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
The draw with Arsenal means that the Saints are now third from bottom in the Premier League table with 24 points from 27 matches, just a point behind 17th-placed Cardiff City.
Southampton fans were not happy with the performance of Stephens and have criticised him on Twitter.
