Rangers winger provided three assists for Alfredo Morelos to score.
Rangers winger Daniel Candeias played a key role in Rangers' hammering of Kilmarnock.
Candeias assisted three goals for the Gers, linking up effectively with star striker Alfredo Morelos.
The Portuguese winger's delivery was brilliant and showed how important he can be to the team.
Rangers went on to win the game 5-0, running riot against Steve Clarke's side after they were reduced to 10 men.
Two of Candeias' assists came in the first half, before he provided another in the final 10 minutes of the second.
Rangers fans were impressed with the winger's contribution...

The relationship between Morelos and Candeias is simply beautiful— Scott Maxwell (@scott_maxwell3) February 20, 2019
Candeias is running the show so far this half.— Robert (@SUnionist) February 20, 2019
Morelos proving he makes the difference, but credit to Candeias for two assists, once again showing his value. Everyone talks about the understanding between Candeias and Tav but the relationship between DC and AM is vital and fruitful— Ross Bennett (@RossBenn1) February 20, 2019
Good to see Candeias back on form. Always puts in a shift but his deliveries haven't been as good of late. Assist for 2nd was a peach of a cross.— Stewart Hogarth (@HogeyBear92) February 20, 2019
Daniel Candeias though! Imagine not loving him!— Laura (@LaurzieJayx12) February 20, 2019
However despite Candeias' positive play, watching Celtic fans noted that the winger should not have been on the pitch.
A firm tackle early in the first half left Kilmarnock's Greg Taylor wincing in pain.
Candeias escaped without punishment, but Rangers' rivals complained he should have been sent off.
This was with the game goalless, and an early red for Candeias would have changed the game.
There is a chance the incident could yet be subject to review.
Daniel Candeias studs into a player, not a red card?— Celtic Celebrations CSC (@DBestseventy2) February 20, 2019
So far at Ibrox, Killie Penalty denied=wrong decision! Killie keeper sent off =wrong decision! Candeias late challenge, no action= wrong decision! This is why nothing will ever change in Scotland!— S Millar (@beebhoy7) February 20, 2019
straight red for candeias— john lyons (@john_lyons_68) February 20, 2019
Candeias shouldn't even be on the pitch after that horror tackle— garydoc (@garydoc3) February 20, 2019
Clear studs up tackle. Killie lad lucky.— JungleG (@Tim_Lizzy) February 20, 2019
