Daniel Barlaser, on loan from Newcastle United, will feature for Accrington Stanley against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in League One this evening.

Stanley will take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in League One in a few hours’ time.
The 22-year-old midfielder is a Newcastle fan, and the youngster joined Stanley on a six-month loan deal from the Magpies on the final day of the 2018 loan window, before extending his temporary deal at the League One club until the end of the season in January 2019.
The former England Under-18 international has suggested how Stanley plan to play against Sunderland.
Barlaser told Stanley’s official website: “I have supported Newcastle all my life so to play against Sunderland’s first team at the Stadium of Light is a massive opportunity for us.”
The youngster added: “It should be a good game against Sunderland, they have drawn a few, and we know we need to start on the front foot and frustrate them and hopefully nick a goal.”

Big game
Sunderland are pushing for automatic promotion to the Championship at the end of the season, while John Coleman’s are just three points above the relegation zone.
This is a big match for both teams, and Sunderland may not find it easy to win even though playing at home will give them an advantage.
