Rhian Brewster sends message to Liverpool fans

Liverpool teenager Rhian Brewster is enjoying training after a nightmare 13 months on the sidelines.

Brewster's terrific progress was halted by injury just as he seemed on the verge of a first team breakthrough.

 

Now fit again, Brewster is back training with the first team and hoping to pick up where he left off.

He sent a message out to fans on Twitter saying he will never take his health for granted.

Brewster made headlines in late 2017 when he fired England to the under-17 World Cup as champions, finishing top scorer.

He is still only 18-years-old and the path in front of him at Liverpool is slowly clearing.

Dominic Solanke has been sold, and Daniel Sturridge is out of contract at the end of the season.

Divock Origi might not want to stick around to play another bit-part role either.

Jurgen Klopp is keeping Brewster involved as part of first team activities, and his opportunity will surely come later this year.
