Report: Tottenham set for triple injury boost v Dortmund

There are three positives for Tottenham heading into tonight's game.

There is some uplifting news for Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the Champions League tie with Borussia Dortmund tonight.

The Telegraph report both Eric Dier and Erik Lamela are expected to be passed fit for the tie.

 

The report also states that while Danny Rose's shin injury will keep him out of the starting line up, he is fit enough to make the bench.

Dier missed Tottenham's weekend game with a virus, while Lamela had been suffering a back injury.

Tonight's game still comes too soon for injured duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli.

Ben Davies is out with a groin injury, meaning Jan Vertonghen could start at left-back.

Spurs have won their last three games in all competitions and enter the tie full of confidence.

Dortmund are missing top two goalscorers Marco Reus and Paco Alcacer through injury.
