Liverpool chairman Tom Werner was in attendance as Jurgen Klopp put his players through their paces in Marbella on Tuesday afternoon.
Liverpool flew out to Spain for a warm-weather training camp earlier this week, with Klopp's side having a 10-day break after Saturday's win over Bournemouth.
And Werner and the German manager looked in high spirits on the training ground.
Much was made over the fact that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was among the Liverpool players taken by Klopp.
The former Arsenal star hasn't kicked a ball for the Reds in 10 months due to a knee injury, but he is progressing well.
Another long-term absentee present in Spain was Rhian Brewster, the 18-year-old striker who has been out since last January after damaging ankle ligaments in an Under-23 game.
The exciting teenager, a Golden Boot winner at the Under-17 World Cup in 2017, is unlikely to feature for the senior side this season even if he's fit, but he'll be hoping that he can do enough to impress Klopp in pre-season to stay with the first team next term and beyond.
