Liverpool fans are reacting to reports linking Daniel Sturridge with Tottenham Hotspur.
According to the Daily Mirror, Tottenham interested in signing Sturridge when his Liverpool contract expires this summer.
The 29-year-old has found it difficult to dislodge the Reds' regular front three of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah these past two seasons, and is said to be interesting several clubs at home and abroad.
But the newspaper adds he could be tempted to remain in English football with Tottenham.
This is what they're saying on Twitter...
Be a good move for him. I want the best for the lad and if it's to be Spurs good luck to him. https://t.co/6WoyTAWzMZ— I Love Liverpool (@love_liverpool) 12 February 2019
Just confirm this news and many will volunteer to drive Sturridge all the way from Liverpool to Spurs new stadium in London. He offers practically nothing to Liverpool and Liverpool will be glad to have him off their wage bill.— Sasidharen (@Sasidharen2) February 13, 2019
You can have him, I'll pay for the taxi saan..... #Sturridge— Narcissist Owl (@NarcissistOwl) February 13, 2019

Tottenham want to sign Daniel Sturridge with his contract expiring at the end of the season? At least he’d be better back up for them than Llorente— Studge (@BallxrSturridge) February 12, 2019

The former Manchester City and Cheslea player, who according to the Daily Mirror earns £120,000-a-week at Liverpool, has scored 77 goals in 213 Premier League appearances.
But only four of those have arrived in the past two campaigns.
How big a loss would Sturridge be for Liverpool?
