The defensive midfielder is said to have snubbed the chance to join Aston Villa on loan.
The Marseille midfielder, Gregory Sertic, has found himself a new temporary new after reportedly rejecting the chance to join Aston Villa.
Telefoot reported at the end of last month that Sertic had snubbed the Villans in favour of a move to either Spain or Major League Soccer.
But the French-Croatian has had to make do with Switzerland instead, signing for FC Zurich on loan.

It was claimed Aston Villa also wanted Sertic on a temporary basis, before they eventually sealed a short-term deal for Swansea City's Tom Carroll.
The 29-year-old made his name at Bordeaux and had a brief spell at Lens before joining Marseille in 2017.
But he has only played 25 times for his current employers, who hold his registration until June of next year.
Whether or not Aston Villa will try again for Sertic this summer remains to be seen.
As well as Carroll, Villa could also have Glenn Whelan and Mile Jedinak leaving them in Sertic's position this summer - with both players' contracts expiring.
Is Zurich a better move than Aston Villa for Sertic?
Villa have made two signings this month in goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic and defender Kortney Hause, but one position remains a concern for Dean Smith.
Villa have been linked with a host of holding midfielders this month, and it seems that another one has slipped through their net.
