Aaron Ramsey is leaving Arsenal for Juventus in the summer of 2019, and former Chelsea and Celtic striker Chris Sutton has used that to take a dig at West Ham United star Marko Arnautovic on The Monday Night Club show on BBC Radio 5 live on Monday evening (7:22pm, February 11, 2019).

Ramsey has announced on Twitter that he has signed a pre-contract agreement with Italian giants Juventus.

The Wales international midfielder will leave Arsenal in the summer of 2019 when his current contract runs out and will join Juve on a free transfer.

Sutton has understood the 28-year-old midfielder’s decision, and has used that to take a dig at Arnautovic.

Last month, the West Ham ace’s brother and representative, Danijel Arnautovic, told talkSPORT that the 28-year-old wanted to leave the London club for China in the January transfer window.

Danijel Arnautovic said that the Austria international, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, wanted to go to China to win titles - which Sutton does not believe.

Sutton said on The Monday Night Club show on BBC Radio 5 live on Monday evening (7:22pm, February 11, 2019): “And he (Ramsey) has got a good chance of winning trophies, unlike Arnautovic, Pinocchio, who you couldn’t believe wanted to go to China wanting to win trophies.

"Ramsey is going to Juventus, and he has got a better of winning trophies there than at Arsenal.”
