Leeds United youngster Jack Clarke is reportedly on the radar of Liverpool.

Liverpool are interested in signing Jack Clarke from Leeds United in the summer of 2019, according to The Express.

It has been reported that Clarke, who can operate as a winger or as forward, is on the radar of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

The report has also claimed that Klopp has sent Liverpool personnel to make checks on the 18-year-old this season and has received impressive reports.

The Express has claimed that Liverpool want to secure the services of the teenager in the summer of 2019 even if Leeds are able to win promotion to the Premier League.

Promising talent

According to WhoScored, Clarke has made four starts and 12 substitute appearances in the Championship for Leeds so far this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process.

The youngster is progressing well at Leeds under head coach Marcelo Bielsa, and there is no doubt that he has a bright future ahead of him.

Clarke will be a smart long-term signing at Liverpool, but he may not be getting as much playing time at Anfield as he is getting at Leeds right now.
