Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has been strangely linked with Everton.

Leeds United are faring well under Marcelo Bielsa this season, and his exploits may be turning some heads elsewhere.
The Whites struck a major coup to land Bielsa over the summer as a replacement for Paul Heckingbottom, with few able to predict just how the season would pan out.
Known as ‘El Loco’, Bielsa has been a maverick throughout his career. Some were thinking he could do great things like he did with Athletic Bilbao and Marseille, or leave after a day like he did at Lazio.
Leeds have been superb under Bielsa, sitting second in the Championship table, and subsequently look like a solid bet to win promotion back to the Premier League.
Intriguingly though, The Mirror report that Everton are now interested in Bielsa, and may make a move if they choose to sack Marco Silva in the near future.
Everton officials have allegedly been impressed with Bielsa’s first season in English football, and may attempt to lure the Argentine from Elland Road.

In truth, it seems unlikely that Bielsa would give up the Leeds project for an unstable job at Goodison Park, and Whites fans have been taking to Twitter to give their reactions.
Some believe that Everton are a ‘smaller club’ than Leeds and would subsequently be a step backwards, with others simply writing off any chance of him leaving.
Many noted that Bielsa isn’t a man interested in the money and would prefer to see out a project, firmly feeling that there is no way he will be heading to Everton any time soon.
