Morrison played for West Ham for three years, but was sent on loan for the majority of his spell.
Ravel Morrison's career is set to take another turn as Sky Sports claim the playmaker is to move to Sweden with Ostersunds FK - and West Ham fans have reacted on Twitter.
Morrison, 26, remains on the books at Serie A side Lazio after joining the Italian heavyweights back in the summer of 2015, after being released by West Ham in February 2015.
The controversial England Under-21 international spent three years on the books at West Ham after being lured to the London club from Manchester United. He managed just 24 appearances, but did score five goals.
He was sent on numerous loans to Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers and Cardiff City before the Hammers opted to end his contract. Lazio made the surprise move to snap up the playmaker on a free.
But Morrison has played just eight times in almost four years for Lazio, and has been sent out on loan to QPR for a second time and even Mexican side Atlas most recently - where he showed glimpses of quality with three goals in 25 games.
Now, Morrison is training with Ostersunds in Marbella - as per the report. The Swedish side are best known on these shores for recently facing Arsenal in the Europa League, while their old boss Graham Potter is in charge at Swansea.
West Ham fans reacted on Twitter to the news that Morrison is set to move to Sweden, and some fans want him to return to the London Stadium and show Hammers fans the kind of form he showed in glimpses during his time in east London.
