Koei Tecmo have revealed the technical specs for Team Ninja’s Dead Or Alive 6 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Dead Or Alive 6, the next entry in the sexiest fighting game series, is finally coming out very soon. Although it was initially scheduled for an abrupt funeral on February 15 due to competing with the likes of Metro Exodus, Far Cry: New Dawn, and Jump Force, Team Ninja have wisely delayed the newest instalment to March 1. To prepare for its release, Wccftech reached out to Koei Tecmo to confirm the technical specs for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Here’s the statement Wccftech received from Koei Tecmo:
“PlayStation 4 Pro enables 1080p resolution maintaining the processing speed, and the quality of stages and effects will be higher than on the base PS4. On the other hand, Xbox One X will reach a maximum resolution of 4K which is different from the base Xbox One. It’s impossible maintain 60fps at all times with 4K resolution, but you’ll enjoy beautiful graphics. There are options to prioritize graphics or action so you can choose which one you prefer.
The game is not compatible with HDR on PC. That being said, Xbox One X is the only platform that allows you to enjoy HDR with this game.”
Per Koei Tecmo’s statement, it’s clear that the Xbox One X has better graphics than the PlayStation 4 pro and PC. Still, a high-end PC will no doubt boast higher frame rates and a higher resolution.
Team Ninja has stated that Dead Or Alive 6 is a fighting game rather than primarily another shameful ogle at jiggling anime breasts, but series veterans will be pleased to know that sexy costumes and features can still be unlocked and enabled.
Dead Or Alive 6 launches March 1 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re a fan of anime girls and the Dead Or Alive series, then you’ll probably want to check out the absurd guilty pleasure, Dead Or Alive Xtreme 3 Scarlet.
