Newcastle United and Leicester City both want Hull City midfielder Markus Henriksen.

According to The Sun, Newcastle United and Leicester City both want Hull City’s Markus Henriksen.

Hull value Henriksen at £5 million, which Newcastle and Leicester can both afford.

And the Premier League pair may well be getting a bargain deal, as Henriksen’s contract at Hull expires in just six months.

 

The central midfielder has been one of the stars of the Championship this season, with his performances for Hull catching the eye.

Newcastle are known to want additions in central midfield, as they look to bolster Rafael Benitez’s squad.

Benitez has been appealing for additions all month, and it seems that he may finally get his wish, with Newcastle set to be very active today.

Leicester could also be in the market for a central midfielder, as Andy King seems likely to depart, as reported by Sky Sports.
