Rangers strike one final deal

Rangers already tied up a pre-contract agreement for Dundee midfielder Glen Kamara earlier this month, but he will be heading to Ibrox earlier than planned. Sky Sports (21:04) report that a deal has been struck for Kamara to join Rangers immediately, bringing forward his move by six months.

Celtic set for Toljan signing

Across Glasgow, Celtic are set for one last deal too. After signing Andrew Gutman, Manny Perez and Maryan Shved earlier today, Celtic are set to sign Borussia Dortmund full back Jeremy Toljan on loan. STV report that Celtic have struck an agreement with Dortmund to sign the German, and a deal should be confirmed soon.

Huddlestone move collapses

One player who seemingly won't be moving on tonight is Derby County's Tom Huddlestone. He was all set for a shock move to Serie A side Udinese, but The Sun report that the move has collapsed, and Frank Lampard will now use him the Rams' promotion push for the rest of the season.

 

Paris Saint-Germain increase Gueye bid

Everton aren't out of the woods just yet in terms of Idrissa Gueye's future. They have so far fended off Paris Saint-Germain for the Senegal international, and the Liverpool Echo report that PSG have increased their bid to €30million (£26.1million) in a bid to seal a late deal, but Everton have rejected it. It remains to be seen whether PSG return, so Toffees fans will now have a nervous final hour ahead...

Everton wheeling and dealing with Wigan Athletic

Everton may not have signings coming in today, but they've been busy with Wigan. As reported by the Liverpool Echo, Callum Connolly has been recalled from his loan at Wigan in order to join Bolton. Additionally, Wigan are getting a new loanee from Everton, with midfielder Beni Baningime making the move to the DW Stadium.

Duo leave Leeds on loan

Leeds fans are still waiting for confirmation about Daniel James' move to Elland Road, but two youngsters are heading out on loan. Leeds have tonight confirmed that full back Tom Pearce and striker Sam Dalby have joined Scunthorpe United and Morecambe on loan for the rest of the season respectively.

Batshuayi nearing Crystal Palace move

Chelsea have been attempting to offload Michy Batshuayi today, and he seems to have a move lined up. It's not to Tottenham though, despite links throughout the day. It's Crystal Palace who have agreed terms to sign the Belgian according to Sky Sports, with his Valencia loan deal coming to an end.

Aston Villa set for late double swoop

Villa have brought in Bournemouth full back Tyrone Mings on loan today, but two more are coming to Villa Park. The Birmingham Mail report that Swansea City midfielder Leroy Fer is expected to sign before the deadline, whilst the club have confirmed the signing of Caen's Frederic Guilbert, with the right back heading back to Caen on loan.
