The Dons legend, who won the FA Cup in 1988, is hoping the class of 2019 can beat the odds against the Hammers on Saturday night.

Wimbledon legend Vinnie Jones has spoken of how the class of 2018-19 can spring an upset in Saturday night's FA Cup encounter with West Ham the same way the 1987-88 crop did against Liverpool in the final.
The Dons will host the Hammers at Kingsmeadow in a 7:45pm kickoff and, although the home side is bottom of League One and the visitors are 10th in the Premier League table, the FA Cup is known for throwing up some major upsets.
In 1988, Liverpool were the dominant team in English football, while Wimbledon had just completed their second season in the Football League First Division and had only been in the Football League for 11 years, so the odds appeared stacked in favour of the Reds.
However, Wimbledon ended up triumphing 1-0 at Wembley, with goalkeeper and captain Dave Beasant saving a penalty from John Aldridge - the first time a spot kick had ever been missed in an FA Cup final.

Speaking to Planet Football ahead of Saturday's game, Jones, one of the Crazy Gang members who lifted the 1988 trophy, explained what the Dons must do to stand a chance of claiming a famous giant killing.
"If West Ham turn up and play as we know they can, there will only be one winner, but Wimbledon have to find a way to stop them and hope will become one of those special days," said Jones.
"If they can get under West Ham’s skin, let them know they are away from home and on Wimbledon’s patch, there might be a bit of an upset, but this is a massive task, no doubt about that."
