Cardiff City are still eyeing two right-backs and have allegedly identified Ligue 1 pair Toure and Amian as options.

Cardiff City chairman Mehmet Dalman was present as Nice drew with Monaco a week ago and, according to Wales Online, he made the trip to France in pursuit of a new right-back.

And France Football has now identified two Ligue 1 defenders who have caught the eye of the Premier League club.

The report states that The Bluebirds are interested in the highly-rated Toulouse ace Kelvin Amian who, at the age of 20, has followed the likes of Issa Diop and Alban Lafont through the ranks at Les Violets.

Cardiff could be left disappointed, however, after Toulouse rejected an offer that could rise to £7 million. The France U21 international does not want to leave during the winter either.

France Football claim that Neil Warnock’s side have identified an alternative, however, in Monaco flyer Almany Toure.

The 22-year-old academy graduate has struggled for game time with Ligue 1’s crisis club this season, starting just four league matches. But he is an exciting and attack minded talent who produced six assists for Monaco in France’s top flight last season.

The report suggests that Toure would be interested in a move to the Premier League.
