Sega Fes 2019 is most likely where Atlus will announce Persona 5 R for PC and the Nintendo Switch if the rumours and teases are to be believed.

Sega (thanks, Personacentral) has revealed that Atlus are going to be present at ‘Sega Fes’ 2019. With the event taking place March 30 – 31, it appears this will be where and when the promised news about Persona 5 R will be revealed. If rumours and teases are to be believed, then Persona 5 R could very well be announced for PC and the Nintendo Switch.

At Sega Fes 2018, Atlus hosted stage shows for Persona 3: Dancing In Moonlight, Persona 5: Dancing In Starlight, and Persona 5 the Animation. So, with Persona 5 R(ed?) presumed to be an extended edition similar to Persona 4: Golden, it’s possible Atlus could have their very own stage to show trailers and gameplay.

Persona 5 R is confirmed for the PlayStation 4, but has also been heavily rumoured for the Switch thanks to Atlus’ relationship with Nintendo, and The Phantom Thieves’ leader Joker joining Super Smash. Bros Ultimate’s roster as DLC. It could also be announced for the PC as Catherine Classic was recently released on Steam, and Sega has said they want to bring Persona 5 and other Atlus titles to the ‘master race’.

In addition to Persona 5 R possibly being announced for the Nintendo Switch and PC, an Australian Classification rating hints that Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth is coming to the west for the 3DS and Switch. Funko has also revealed a set of Pop! figures for the Phantom Thieves, and you can download this amazing Persona 5 Phan game for free.
