Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly desperate to sell Janssen but will West Ham United or Crystal Palace make a move?

It looks almost certain that Vincent Janssen’s Tottenham Hotspur nightmare will come to an end this month. Where he will end up, however, is anyone’s guess.
According to The Sun (23 January, page 49), Spurs are willing to take a £5 million hit on the Dutch international and sell him for a cut price £12 million fee, two-and-a-half years after he arrived at North London from AZ Alkmaar.
The report adds that Crystal Palace and West Ham were both interested in signing Janssen before Tottenham won the race in the summer of 2016.
And, interestingly, it is understood that Janssen hopes the London duo will make another approach and bring an end to his miserable spell under Mauricio Pochettino.
It is well documented that West Ham and Crystal Palace want to sign a new striker this month, having been linked with a whole host of forwards from across the continent.

But it is uncertain whether they would be willing to take a chance on a player who failed spectacularly at Tottenham, scoring just six goals in 39 games.
Janssen should not be written off just yet, however, given that he won the Eredivisie Golden Boot after netting 27 times for AZ in 2015/16.
The Mail claimed on Tuesday that Burnley were considering a £15 million bid. Will West Ham or Crystal Palace join them?
