Barrie McKay at Rangers
Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Barrie McKay's comments about a future return to Ibrox.
McKay has told The Scottish Sun that he would love to return to Rangers in the future.
The winger told The Scottish Sun: “If the opportunity ever came further down the line I would jump at it. You could say there is unfinished business.”
The 24-year-old winger started his professional club football career at Rangers and played well for the Gers before he was sold to Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2017; Pedro Caixinha was the manager of Rangers at the time.
The Scotland international winger joined Swansea from Championship rivals Forest in the summer of 2018.
McKay has made 13 starts and six substitute appearances in the Championship for Swansea so far this season, scoring one goal and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the winger made 22 starts and four substitute appearances in the Championship for Forest, scoring five goals and providing seven assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
While Rangers are aiming to win the Scottish Premiership title this season, Swansea are challenging for promotion to the Premier League.

Rangers fans that don’t want McKay back dont understand football man. He’s the only player of real football talent we’ve produced in a very long time. If he wants back get him back and dae it sharp— Scott (@_scott1972) January 19, 2019

Heart of a mouse and always went hiding. No doubt he has talent but not for me.— Scottie (@scottie1873) January 20, 2019
Got a performance out him 1 game in every 4. Went missing too often when the chips were down. Im not keen on it right now for those reason but if gerrard thinks he can get more out of him then who am i to argue.— JT (@RFC39574749) January 20, 2019

Should never have been allowed to leave— JBL (@sittingbourneTA) January 20, 2019
Quality player, from a time when they had very little quality. Should never have been allowed to leave, and would be great to see him back— Brian Robinson (@BrianRo76841713) January 20, 2019
