Fulham play host to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League tomorrow.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media during his pre-match press conference yesterday, and suggested that Eric Dier might be fit enough to make the bench for tomorrow’s clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage, as quoted by Football.London.
The 25-year-old has been out with a injury since December 8th, after having his appendix removed, and Spurs have really missed the midfielder over the past month or so.
Tottenham need him back as soon as possible, especially with Moussa Sissoko and Victor Wanyama currently out injured and Mousa Dembele’s recent exit from the club.
Pochettino delivered somewhat promising news about Dier, when speaking to reporters yesterday, suggesting that the England international could be in the squad for tomorrow’s trip to Fulham, as quoted by Football.London:

“Maybe he is going to be on the bench, but he still needs to recover his fitness.”
Spurs still have a genuine chance of winning every competition that they were eligible for at the start of this season, but if they are to end their 11-year wait for a major trophy, they will need their most important players back and available for selection as soon as possible.
Dier certainly fits into that category, and if he is back involved with the first-team squad tomorrow, it will be a big boost for Pochettino and the rest of the Tottenham squad.
