Agent comments on Eder Militao’s future amid Everton, Liverpool speculation

Eder Militao’s agent has told A Bola that the FC Porto star does not plan to leave in the January transfer window, amid speculation that Liverpool, Everton and Manchester United want him.

According to The Sun, Liverpool, Manchester United and Real Madrid all are interested in securing the services of the 21-year-old, who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder.

According to UOL Esporte in Brazil, Everton have been scouting the Brazil international.

Militao’s agent, Ulisses Jorge, though has said that the youngster is happy at Porto and does not plan to leave in the middle of the season.

Jorge told A Bola: “(He) is very happy in the city and playing for FC Porto. The only focus of Militao is to help the team to win every game and to win titles with FC Porto.

“He is very calm. There are no news or rumours that disturb him. We are talking about a young man who has enormous maturity.”

Militao joined Porto from Brazilian club Sao Paulo in the summer of 2018 and has been playing well for the Portuguese club so far this season.
