Celtic and Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation on the future of James Forrest.

According to The Scottish Sun, Liverpool are keeping tabs on Celtic winger Forrest.

It has been reported that Liverpool have been tracking the Scotland international for several months.

The Premier League club are considering making a bid of £8 million for the 27-year-old in the summer of 2019, according to the report.

Celtic and Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation on the future of Forrest.

Forrest is one of the best wingers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers’s team.

It is hard to see the Glasgow giants sell the Scotland international in the summer of 2019, especially for just £8m.

Forrest is worth much more than £8m even though he has played in Scotland his entire professional club football career so far.

The winger has won the Scottish Premiership title seven times, and the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup on four occasions each with Celtic.
