Some Everton and Liverpool fans on Twitter are raving about Ademola Lookman.
Lookman, in his second Premier League start of the season, was arguably Everton's best player as Marco Silva's side beat Bournemouth 2-0 at Goodison Park today.
And one Everton fan even compared him to Liverpool's Sadio Mane.
Here's how both fans of the Merseyside clubs reacted to the former Charlton star's performance:
Lookman is by a mile their best player and they can't see it or even know how to use him how can this only be his second start of the season— Michael (@Michael_P_C_Lfc) January 13, 2019
Break through performance from Lookman today that. Turned it on in the final third and showed much more maturity and work rate than we’ve seen before in the latter stages of the game. Great assist too. #EFC— Dave Downie (@daviddownie17) January 13, 2019
Lookman is a talent!— Scott (@RedsOrDead) January 13, 2019

Lookman is such a good player— Craig Ranjisi (@96Craigo) January 13, 2019
Happy with the win today. Scrappy at times but really hard-fought and deserved in the end. Lookman + Zouma were both outstanding. Onwards and upwards blues!— Paul EFC 86 (@PaulEFC86) January 13, 2019
Let’s be honest, Bournemouth didn’t deserve to lose that. Gomes should have been sent off and conceded a penalty. Lookman the only decent Ev player.l— PP (@LFC_Pranav) January 13, 2019
Lookman composure for the 2nd goal is what everton have and lack in and around the final 3rd, brilliant from lookman today, thats how u take your chance #EFC— James Andrews (@stiflerbaby007) January 13, 2019
Lookman will be better than mane in a couple of seasons— Deadly digne (@EFCAlex10) January 13, 2019

- Brooks looks a player
- Lookman decent
- Clyne showing why Liverpool picked a teenager ahead of him all season
- Pickford is not Ederson
It's easy to see why some Liverpool fans rate him. With electric pace and purposeful running, he is reminiscent of a Jurgen Klopp player and Everton boss Silva should do everything he can to ensure he reaches his full potential.
He never really got going under Ronald Koeman, and even less so under Sam Allardyce, but now it's the Portuguese's job to bring him to that next level and, based on today, Lookman is more than willing to get there himself.
