If Everton manage to sign Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea then they will be making a significant upgrade to their attack.

According to a report in the Liverpool Echo, Everton could make a move for Batshuayi, if they manage to sell both Cenk Tosun and Oumar Niasse this month.

And if Everton are able to bring in the Belgian then he would significantly improve their attack.

Batshuayi may not be the perfect striker, but he is certainly an upgrade of either Tosun or Niasse.

The 25-year-old is a clinical finisher, and a loan spell with Borussia Dortmund proved just how dangerous he can be in front of goal.

Batshuayi hit seven goals in 10 La Liga games, and his ability to be in the right place at the right time could suit Everton.

The Toffees already have a bundle of creativity going forward, but they lack a predator in the box.

And Batshuayi could be a great option for Everton this month, as Marco Silva looks for additions.
