Everton should consider a move for the Porto hitman this month.

Everton boss Marco Silva will be desperate to bolster his attacking ranks at Goodison Park this month, with the addition of an out-and-out goalscorer an absolute necessity for the Merseyside outfit.

With this in mind, the Toffees should consider making a move for Porto hitman Vincent Aboubakar.

Everton have been interested in signing the 26-year-old before, according to Wales Online, and they should revisit that reported interest this month.

According to Spanish publication Estadio Deportivo, Aboubakar could be available for as little as £18 million, making a move for him a no-brainer for the Blues.

The Cameroon international has barely featured for Porto this season, but he has still managed to score four goals in just six league games.

Aboubakar possesses blistering pace, and loves to play off the shoulder of the last defender. He is also a deadly finisher when presented with  a goalscoring opportunity.

Standing at 6ft 1in tall, the Porto ace is powerful and strong in the air, and would act as a fantastic focal point for Everton to build their attacks.

Aboubakar is a proven striker, with 127 goals for club and country to his name already, and he really has everything that the Toffees currently lack in the final third.

Silva simply must explore the possibility of signing the Cameroonian at the very least this month, and if he does manage to bring him to Goodison Park, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for Everton.
